Context.
L'Adresse Pilates is a studio at Porte d'Auteuil, in Paris 16, devoted exclusively to private lessons. Every session is built for one person, true to the original method and enriched by biomechanics and motor control.

Approach.
We filmed in the studio with the coaches to show what sets it apart: the attention paid to every movement, the precision of each gesture and the intimacy of a lesson entirely devoted to the student.
03Deliverables
Deliverables.
A series of subtitled vertical reels in the brand's colours for Instagram and YouTube Shorts, alongside photos of the coaches and the studio.
